Missing item?

The dispatch note in the parcel you've received will detail all the items that should be included in it. Items you order may sometimes be sent in more than one shipment. Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations. Regardless of the number of shipments you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. If an item is listed on the dispatch note that isn't in the parcel, please contact our customer service here.
